- Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice of energy work using hands on or above the body to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance body, mind and spirit. (60 mins)
- Sound Therapy combines relaxing massage with the use of vibration to stimulate the mind body connection. Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Healing Bowls and essential oils are used in a healing ritual to create a deep and relaxed meditative state. (60 or 90 mins)
- Colour Therapy is very powerful and affects our moods. Different colours vibrate at different rates and have a profound effect on our body. Coloured lights and guiding energy is applied to different parts of the body to balance the corresponding area energy. (30 or 60 mins)
- Chakra Balancing combines healing energy and affirmations to open and balance the seven main energy centres in our bodies called the “Chakras”. These are like spirals of energy, each relating to each other. If our energy centres become blocked or depleted, then our body cannot function properly and this can lead to a variety of problems on any level. Chakra balancing will leave you in a state of well-being. (30 or 60 mins)
- Crystal and Gemstone Therapy uses Quartz Crystals on and around the body which amplifies and directs healing energy to balance body, mind and spirit. (30 mins)
